Israeli digging causes landslide in Qods

The Zionist regime's illegal dig in Qods caused damages to the some of streets and houses of the holy city.
According to Al-Jazeera TV network landslide in the Wadi Hilwa street has created heavy damages which put the city on the verge of destruction and made Qods' citizens worried.
Last summer it was revealed that the Zionist regime was working to complete the construction of a Jewish synagogue, entitled ‘Hahurya,’ on a section taken from Al Omari Mosque. Israel was digging a new 200 meter tunnel, which was close to the western wall of Al Aqsa Mosque, to link Al Buraq Tunnel to a synagogue that is located in Hammam Al Ein region.
It was also disclosed that there was a long tunnel in the middle of Silwan called Wadi Helweh which would be linked with other tunnels that are available between Silwan, Al Buraq Yard and the bottom of Al Aqsa Mosque.
The digging operation of the long tunnels network is continuing. Some of these tunnels start from Ein Silwan region towards the north of Al Aqsa Mosque.
Construction of underground tunnels is the main reason of landslide in the region, Head of the Manuscripts Department at the Al Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Najeh Bkeirat said warning today streets are destroying, tomorrow Al-Aqsa mosque will be destroyed.
Landslide also caused damages in one of the region's schools last year, the TV network added.
